Has Social Media became an essential tool for business

Social networking sites are varied and they incorporate a range new information and communication tools. In the early days social networking sites were used by users to share ideas, digital photos and videos, posts, and inform others about online or real world activities and events with people in their network.

The social landscape is constantly evolving, new networks rise to fame, existing networks enhance their platforms and new technology increases user participation and real-time content. Social Network has become more than just a place for people to show off their vacation photos or witty 140-character jokes, they are no longer just about conversation and content it’s now an established marketing weapon that can have real impact on business success. It may be relatively immature compared to traditional marketing, but it’s a channel in which most brands are ramping up investment.

Messaging a business directly is a fast and convenient way for people to get in touch with questions about products and services, appointments, customer service questions and more. Plus, it allows businesses to build personal connections with the people who are interested in them and letting to invest in them.

We think we have conquered almost everything in social media and there nothing new remaining to be found. If anyone asks me then I would say there’s yet more to be discovered. Every consumer is able to message every other consumer, but, for the most part, businesses still seem to be locked out of the messaging world with no clear idea how to deliver relevant messages to relevant consumers. without upsetting everyone.

The next generation of messaging apps will provide API’s to brands to help them integrate their messages and target consumers who have already agreed to be targeted. The messenger that manages to make every message a relevant message will be a boon for both brands and consumers alike.
