Amadeus Office ID

An Amadeus Office ID is the full identifier that combines a travel agency's city code, Amadeus system code, and PCC into one unique string. It is the complete address of an agency inside the Amadeus GDS network used for routing bookings, identifying ticketing sources and managing inter-agency transactions.

A typical Amadeus Office ID looks like this: DEL1A0980 where DEL is the city code (Delhi), 1A is the Amadeus system code, and 0980 is the agency's PCC.

• Office ID format: Full string e.g. DEL1A0980 used for full routing and identification

• PCC format: Short code e.g. 0980 used for day to day agent operations

• Airlines and Amadeus use Office ID to identify booking origin and route notifications

• Multi-market platforms must configure Office IDs correctly per region
